At MUA, volunteers play a vital role in helping our students succeed. Whether you’re tutoring English, supporting students in their HiSET exams preparation, leading conversation groups, or lending a hand at special events, your time and talents make a lasting impact. MUA has one-time as well as ongoing volunteer opportunities.

We welcome volunteers who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to equity and empowerment. Multilingual speakers (especially Spanish or Haitian Creole) are a plus, but this is not required. We offer flexible scheduling and meaningful opportunities to connect with and uplift our community.
